Description
The Chelsea 890LGFJW-G5AF or 890LGFJWG5AF is a hydraulic hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 890 Series, engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output to the rear of the transmission, moving the PTO/pump mounting flange rearward for improved clearance between the pump and the frame rail. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and the clutch sits at the rear of the housing so the gear section tucks tightly against the transmission. Output uses an SAE C (XS) flange with wet-spline technology to reduce wear under continuous-duty demand. Continuous-duty torque reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ ft-lb.
