Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSDBX-A3RA or 489XSDBXA3RA mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec units. Its one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path and reducing installation time. The unit delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and outputs 24 HP at 500 RPM or 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. Shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical mechanism, with an electric-over-air option available.
