Description
The Chelsea 282XMAJX-A5RB or 282XMAJXA5RB is a medium-duty hot-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for continuous-duty applications up to 300 lb-ft (407 Nm). It mounts via an 8-bolt flange and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation. The output is a 1-1/4″ round shaft with a 5/16″ key. Shaft power output runs 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Volvo/Mack, and Eaton/Fuller, among others.
